We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan. Your order will be carefully packed and shipped to your doorstep.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: Rs. 200 (applied to all orders)
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000
- Express delivery available in major cities (additional charges apply)
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-3 business days
- Other cities: 4-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
- Express delivery: Next day delivery (where available)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- SMS notification with delivery updates
- Real-time tracking in your "My Orders" section
Delivery Process
- Order is placed and confirmed
- Order is processed and packed (1-2 business days)
- Order is shipped and tracking number is provided
- Order is in transit to your address
- Order is delivered to your doorstep
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If you're unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Important Notes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
- For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery
- If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery again (usually 2-3 times)
- For security reasons, please verify the package before signing for delivery
