Return Policy
At Allenzo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items must be in their original sealed packaging (if applicable)
- Electronics must include all accessories and manuals
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items (food, beverages, etc.)
- Personalized or customized products
- Items without original packaging
- Damaged items due to misuse
- Digital products and gift cards
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you want to return
- Click on "Return Item" and select the reason for return
- Print the return label and attach it to your package
- Drop off the package at the nearest courier service or schedule a pickup
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet
- Digital Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet account
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you received a wrong or defective item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
