How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and choose a payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards (via SafePay), and Digital Wallets. All payments are processed securely.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for more details.

How do I create an account?

Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner, fill in your details, and verify your email. You can also register as a seller if you want to sell products on Allenzo.
